When poured, this wine creates a welcoming pillow of energetic yet subtle, precious bubbles. Modern and vibrant, the nose is lively, with honey and subtle, fresh brioche.

Flavors of tart D’Anjou pear, green apple skin, lemon verbena, yuzu and honeysuckle delight throughout sipping. Its texture is velvety smooth, perfectly waltzing over your palate with elegance, beauty of fruit, and balanced acidity.

100% Chardonnay, farmed biodynamically and organically from 40-60 year old vines. Native yeast fermentation in barrel and stainless steel tank. Harvested from three Le Mesnil-sur-Oger plots, each with its distinct character of silky, deep chalk, grassy cover, and rich soils. 2020 base, disgorged in July 2024 after four years of aging.
