This Cabernet Sauvignon boasts an incredible, deep garnet hue with a hint of purple at the rim of the glass, indicating its richness and intensity. The bouquet begins with ripe, black cherry aromas that are lush and inviting. As the wine opens, it reveals crushed herbs, a touch of licorice and blackberry bramble, adding a fresh aromatic lift, while subtle notes of black tea bring a nuanced, earthy dimension.
Upon first sip, one is greeted with a wonderful, silky smoothness, showcasing the wine's impeccable structure. The cassis, dried cherry and cedar flavors are complemented with a hint of eucalyptus, creating a luscious and full-bodied experience. The incredible focus of this Cabernet Sauvignon leaves quite the lasting impression, with the flavors ever evolving and persisting on the palate. The ’21 Promise Cabernet Sauvignon is undoubtedly a masterclass in depth and complexity.
Aged for 29 months in 100% new French Oak, bottled unfiltered and unfined. Cellared correctly, this vintage will live to 2044 and beyond! 350 cases produced.

This Bordeaux-style Cabernet dominant blend shows off a deep, almost opaque color at its core, with a vivid ruby rim. The nose is powerful and captivating, offering an immediate rush of complex aromas. Delicate notes of new French oak emerge, with hints of vanilla and toasted cedar lifting gracefully from the glass.
The chewy tannins are well-structured, providing a firm backbone and excellent aging potential. Flavors of ripe, dark fruits are interwoven with the spiciness of black pepper, clove, and crushed gravel, further layering the tasting experience. The finish has remarkable length, showcasing it’s harmonious balance.
Aged for 29 months in 75% new French Oak, this wine will impress over the next 5 years and drink quite well into its 20’s! Bottled unfiltered and unfined. 350 cases produced.

This bright and summery wine springs to life in the glass with a gentle pink blush meeting light salmon hues. Aromas of strawberry and raspberry fruit are lifted with helpful confections of cotton candy and cherry, balancing the palate with a zippy, citrus, mouthwatering feel. Also showing up are undertones of lavender and jasmine! The texture continues to be the perfect balance of finesse, and flesh, and it’s more than ready to pair with savory seared ahi or grilled shrimp salad with a twist of lemon. There’ll be plenty of options as we move into warm outdoor weather!

This Pinot Noir has been a pillar of the Promise portfolio for over 12 years and is continually sourced from the same great rows of the Bucher Ranch in the Russian River Valley. The color is always staring back at you with its deep ruby hue suggesting richness from the start. The nose is fresh, intense, and brooding, offering up aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, plums, and hints of dried herbs, forest floor, with a touch of earthiness. There is 15% whole cluster in the making and 50% new Francois Frères tight grain oak barrels, toasted to a perfect medium plus. Flavors are densely focused with dried cranberry, strawberry preserves, a touch of pipe tobacco and a hint of dancing chocolate savory that carries out the long finish. Made from love, with love, so drink the LOVE!
