This Bordeaux-style Cabernet dominant blend shows off a deep, almost opaque color at its core, with a vivid ruby rim. Delicate notes of new French oak emerge, with hints of vanilla and toasted cedar lifting gracefully from the glass.

The chewy tannins are well-structured, providing a firm backbone and excellent aging potential. Flavors of ripe, dark fruits are interwoven with the spiciness of black pepper, clove, and crushed gravel, further layering the tasting experience. The finish has remarkable length, showcasing it’s harmonious balance.

Aged for 29 months in 75% new French Oak, this wine will impress over the next 5 years and drink quite well into its 20’s! Bottled unfiltered and unfined. 350 cases produced.
