This youthful white is going to knock your socks off! Its intoxicating nose of passionfruit, zesty citrus and white flowers are absolutely electric in the glass. On the palate, the light grapefruit, hints of pineapple and lime will immediately transport you to a tropical sandy beach. It has a racy acidity and freshness, with amazing mouth feel and a long, lingering finish. We used a delicate kiss of 15% new French oak to add a subtle layer of complexity and elegance, which enhances the wine’s texture and underscores its fruit-forward character. This is a quiet nod the Old World, with a playful yet refined elegance of a white Bordeaux.

Fermented in both French barrique and stainless steel fermentation vessels. Aged for 5 months before bottling. Only 100 cases produced. This won’t last.
