Tasting this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made our hearts skip a beat. Epic. This wine is massive with profound concentration and stunning purity, while maintaining exceptional balance. The inky black/purple hue is spellbinding to the eye. The nose leads with scents of bright, red fruit which gives way to licorice, cedar and spring flowers.  The pallet is rich, voluptuous, velvety and saturated with cassis, blackberries, blueberries, baking spices, cacao and hints of coffee. It leaves you with a long, glorious finish, with sweet oak and soft ripe tannins. The 2014 Promise Cabernet is a feast for all the senses.
